College is the most beautiful memory no one wants to forget, and I will never forget the days spent in Sterling Institute of Management Studies (MCA).As our college premises having Big open ground as well as Hall on the top floor, we have arranged so many events like Debate competition, Discussion forum, Guest sessions on Current trends in IT sectors etc. also on the college ground our college organized events like Box cricket, football events, cultural events etc. where faculties are also participated with students.
We have spent so many beautiful days in college. As our faculties are helpful and supportive, we are able to study as well as doing extracurricular activities like participating in college fests, organizing different events etc.Most of the students always think about standard of faculties in college, But we are glad and blessed that we are having this much knowledgeable and supportive teaching staff. We have spent 3 years of Friendship with Faculties rather than only Teacher-student relationship.I would like to thank Teaching and Non-teaching staff who directly/indirectly helps us in every phase of our college life to grow as better person.

Sterling has several processes which are aligned with industrial standards and corporate working style which makes it very easy for the students to adapt with industrial culture just after moving out of the college. The leadership and entrepreneurship values imbibed in me by the college has helped me a lot in my career. I joined an IT company as a QA Trainee engineer and within an year, I got a chance to move into the profile of Business Analyst which actually takes years and lot of hardships to achieve. The oratory and presentation skills has helped me in client meetings for pitching the product perfectly. The syllabus of the college and lab hours has helped us to execute whatever we learned in colleges in our respective companies.
The professors ensure that every student is treated impartially and any help needed after college working hours, teachers are just a call away. The help and guidance that were provided to us for our Internship projects helped us a lot in understanding the requirements and executing the project which also gave us a boost while giving interviews during placement and recruitment rounds.
I belong from the 2012-2015 MCA batch and it has been around 3 years since I left the college but I am in touch right from the director to all my teachers and in case I need any help, college is always there for me. I would like to thank Sterling for making us deserving post-graduates.

There are so many incredible things about this college that you simply can’t understand until you’re here. I can’t speak for anyone else, but I fell in love with everything about Sterling College.If I talk about Faculty, I found incredible one here, they were not like the stereotype "scary Professor" They were always friendly and supportive.Another thing I loved about my college because I found my second family here... The friends I made here are still my closest one.In my entire 3 years of college, I never get bored here.
