Annual Online Peer Reviewed Journals

 

NCRD's Business Review is an annual peer-reviewed e-Journal of management. It is published by NCRD's Sterling Institute of Management Studies, Nerul, Navi Mumbai India. The Journal provides a platform for the creation and dissemination of knowledge in the areas of business management. The publication of the journal is an attempt to encourage academicians, professionals, and students to undertake research and share knowledge.

 

Research has been used by academicians and business professionals throughout the world to update their knowledge and skills. Research is the key to move ahead in today's competitive scenario. Large numbers of researchers are engaged in various research activities to understand and analyze the happenings in the business world. Research extends knowledge of human beings, social life, and environment. Researcher builds up the wealth of knowledge through their findings.

 

This e-journal tries to maintain a balance between purely research-oriented papers and those based on current practices in different areas of management. Every issue of the journal carries a mix of research papers, articles, case studies, and book reviews.

Guideline for Submission of Manuscript

  • The paper should be typed in MS Word in a single space.
  • An abstract should not be more than 250 words with name, address, email and affiliation(s) of the author(s).
  • Manuscripts should be of up to 5,000 – 6,000 words (A-4 size pages, main body font 12pt, single line spacing with style single line spacing with left and right margin justified.
  • Tables and figures should appear in the document near/ after where they are referenced in the text.
  • Citation and references should be as per the Harvard System. Reference list in alphabetical order of author's surnames, and chronologically for each author where more than one work by that author is cited. The author's surname is placed first, followed by initials, and then the year of publication is given followed by details of the publication. The name of the publication (usually a book or journal) appears in italics. The following examples will illustrate the style used in the journal.

  • Tables/ annexure should be given after references
  • Papers are accepted for publication on the understanding that these contain original unpublished work, not submitted for publication anywhere else.
  • Selected paper for publication may be edited by the editorial board if required
  • The editorial decision regarding the acceptance of an article/research paper for publishing will be communicated within 30 days. The decision of the board shall be final and binding on the authors.
  • Manuscripts may be sent to the Editorial Board by e-mail.
